Delivery Timeframes

Order processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Geographic coverage: We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Packaging: Every order is packed by hand using recycled kraft paper and compostable mailers. No plastic, ever.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please email hello@annamaesthetics.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a full refund — regardless of when it was purchased. This is our lifetime quality guarantee. Simply send us a photo of the defect along with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will arrange a free pickup.
